Do I need to tip the flower delivery driver?

Tipping is not required, and many services do not build it in, but some local florists appreciate a few dollars for the driver, especially for large or difficult deliveries. Note that an optional delivery or handling fee at checkout is not a tip to the driver. If you would like to tip, ask the florist how, since online checkouts rarely offer a tip line.
